How To Create The Ultimate Training Session


Personal trainers have the daunting task of squeezing a lot into a 60-minute session. They have to incorporate lifting, cardio, flexibility or mobility, and so much more.


How does one cram all that in and still deliver a great experience that leaves someone wanting more?


The answer is taking a structured approach to workout design.


While each client has different goals and abilities, there are certain elements that each workout should have for optimal results. It’s these elements that form the consistent outline of the training session while the exercises a trainer chooses allow for the individualization.


For example, every client should lift weights as part of their training program, but which exercises are chosen and in what dosage are where a trainer gets to showcase their secret sauce.
